Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Carriers & Tracking:
We ship from The Hague, The Netherlands. Depending on your location, we utilize PostNL, DHL, UPS, or DPD to ensure the fastest delivery. All orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the package has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • European Union: Standard Rate (€9.00)
  • Rest of the World: International Rate (€15.00)

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Customers):
DenkerLab (PannierDock) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. For orders outside the EU, please check your local import regulations.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PannierDock. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging (where possible).
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact us at support@pannierdock.com before sending any items back. We will provide you with the correct return address in The Hague.
